My $1000 Wardrobe Make Over Challenge

The annual Great Singapore Sale (25 May - 22 July 2007) is here. It is a good opportunity for me to revamp my entire Wardrobe. I was thinking of throwing away all my old clothes first but it is too extreme. I won't have anything to wear tomorrow.
